Naviqon takes the next step – from courses to AI adoption and organisational value
Naviqon is not moving away from courses. The new profile makes it clearer how capability can develop into adoption, better workflows and measurable organisational value.
When I started developing Kurs i Copilot, the aim was to make artificial intelligence and Microsoft 365 Copilot understandable and practical. That aim remains. At the same time, experience has made one thing increasingly clear: a course is often the beginning of change – not the end.
In brief
- Kurs i Copilot continues as Naviqon’s training offering.
- Naviqon takes a clearer role in the work after the course: prioritisation, adoption, workflow and value.
- The new website brings courses, advisory services and focused service packages together under a clearer direction.
The courses continue
Courses and capability building remain a central part of Naviqon. Through Kurs i Copilot, we provide training for employees who want to use the tools more effectively, organisations that want to build agents in Copilot Studio, and leaders who need to understand the choices the technology requires.
Good training creates shared language, confidence and experience. It makes it easier to experiment, assess quality and identify new opportunities. For many organisations, this is the right place to start.
But it is not always enough to create lasting change in how the organisation works.
The goal is not as much AI as possible. The goal is better work.
The gap between use and value
Many organisations have already purchased licences, completed courses or tested the technology in small pilots. Yet use often remains individual and inconsistent. Some people discover highly effective ways of working; others use the tool only occasionally. Lessons are not always shared, and the impact is difficult to measure.
This does not mean the investment has failed. It means the organisation has reached the next stage of the journey.
For individual use to become organisational value, the technology must connect to specific workflows. It must be clear which problems are being solved, who owns the change, which sources may be used, and how quality, security and impact will be monitored.
The adoption journey
Value develops step by step
A clearer role for Naviqon
The new profile is therefore an expansion, not a break. Naviqon builds on its courses and capability work while making it clearer that we can also help organisations prioritise, organise and deliver change.
The work starts with the workflow. We look for friction, repetition, waiting time and quality challenges, then assess where Copilot, agents or automation can genuinely help. Technology is part of the solution, not the solution on its own.
It may begin with an exploratory call, a workflow and opportunity assessment, or a focused agent engagement. At other times, more capability, better organised sources or clearer ownership is the right next step.
What this means for clients
The website is a starting point
The new Naviqon.no is designed to make this direction easier to understand. It brings together courses and capability building, service packages, the Naviqon model and practical perspectives on AI adoption.
Insights will be an important part of this. Here I will share experience, analysis, recommendations and reflections on how AI affects work, roles and organisations. Some pieces will be practical and immediate; others will look further ahead.
The common thread is simple: technology becomes interesting only when we understand what it means for the work that actually needs to be done.
