Naviqon is a Norwegian consulting and learning company specialising in AI adoption and organisational development with Microsoft 365.
Founded by Lars Moltu, Naviqon combines leadership development, practical training, workflow assessment and the testing of Copilot agents.
The goal is not to automate as much as possible. It is to identify the right problems, start at a manageable scale and create improvements the organisation can understand and manage.
