About Naviqon

AI creates value only when the work itself changes

Naviqon helps organisations move from individual use of artificial intelligence to better workflows, new ways of working and measurable organisational value.

From ambition to practical value

The workflow comes first

Many organisations have already purchased licences, completed courses or tested AI in small pilots. Yet use often remains individual, inconsistent and difficult to measure.

The challenge is rarely the technology alone. The organisation must decide where AI can genuinely make a difference, create ownership of the change and develop lasting capability and ways of working.

That is why Naviqon starts with the work that needs to improve – not with the technology.

A clear continuation

From Agilea to Naviqon

Naviqon builds on the experience of Agilea, founded in 2017 with enterprise architecture, process improvement and responsible data practices at its core. At Naviqon, this experience is focused on AI adoption, Microsoft 365 Copilot and new ways of working.

Process improvement before AI – and AI grounded in process understanding

Lars has close to 30 years of experience improving work processes and turning technology into practical results. From 2004, he worked with artificial intelligence and machine learning as Country Manager for Autonomy in Norway and Denmark, including engagements with major organisations such as Codan, Norsk Hydro and Novo Nordisk.

His experience also covers privacy, responsible data practices, and identity and access management in complex, business-critical environments. This provides a practical basis for assessing ownership, access and control requirements when AI is introduced into organisational workflows.

In recent years, he has spent several thousand hours developing courses, demonstrations and client work in AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The work began with practical capability building and has now expanded into adoption, workflows and organisational transformation.
